BPS Climate Survey Parent Message

Dear Bedford Public Schools Families,

The School Climate Surveys to staff, students, (Gr. 3-12), and families closes Monday, November 24th. This survey is a key tool in advancing Bedford’s 2024–2027 Strategic Plan (see strategic initiative 2.3). If you haven't already done so, please go to our website here and take a moment to complete this survey.

The survey supports our three strategic objectives:

🔹 Boost Every Learner Forward Student, staff, and family feedback helps us identify barriers to engagement, inclusion, and academic success. These insights guide efforts to create learning environments where every student feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to thrive.

🔹 Promote Well-Being and Resilience Survey responses reveal how safe, supported, and connected individuals feel across our schools. This data informs initiatives that strengthen relationships, foster emotional wellness, and build a culture of care.

🔹 Strengthen Teams and Systems By analyzing feedback from all stakeholder groups, we enhance school-level planning, professional development, and family engagement strategies—ensuring our systems are responsive, collaborative, and equity-driven.
