BHMS Celebrates Royal Registry Students BHMS Celebrates Royal Registry Students

Beverly Hills Middle School proudly celebrated its Royal Registry students at our annual Royal Registry Luncheon. The Royal Registry is a key component of our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) program and recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in academics, attendance, behavior, and service.

To earn Royal Registry status, students must achieve Honor Roll or Distinguished Honor Roll, maintain strong attendance, exhibit positive behavior, and participate in a school or community service activity. Students reapply each marking period, making this recognition a true reflection of sustained commitment and achievement.

Eligibility for the luncheon reflects sustained success throughout the school year, with students consistently meeting Royal Registry standards across multiple marking periods.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their hard work, character, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Their dedication to maintaining these high standards serves as an example for the entire BHMS community.

Congratulations to all of our honorees, and thank you to the families, staff, administrators, and community members who joined us in celebrating their accomplishments.

7th Grade Science: Exploring Our Local Watershed 7th Grade Science: Exploring Our Local Watershed

Students recently participated in an engaging, hands-on presentation led by the Pennsylvania Resources Council focused on our local watershed and environmental stewardship. During the program, students explored how common pollutants affect aquatic ecosystems and discussed ways individuals can help reduce human impact on the environment.

As part of the experience, students examined macroinvertebrates commonly found in local waterways and learned how scientists use these organisms as indicators of water quality. By classifying the specimens into groups, students were able to assess the overall health of a waterway while gaining a deeper understanding of environmental science in action.
