We are facing unprecedented times with the outbreak of COVID-19. Volunteer Fairfax has been activated by the Fairfax County Emergency Operations Center to support the COVID response by working with the Volunteer and Donations Management Team. To date, there is a critical need for Personal Protective Equipment for healthcare and essential services workers. Georgetown University's Center for Public & Nonprofit Leadership just published a series of articles on Leading in Times of Hyper Change in its latest newsletter, and VF is featured in How to Connect and Engage with Your Volunteers Remotely.
