🏫 BOE Policy and Regulation Updates 🍎
This year, we would like to emphasize several Board of Education policy and regulation updates that reinforce our unwavering commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment. These changes, HIGHLIGHTED HERE, reflect our belief that when students are actively engaged, they are more motivated and achieve greater academic, social, and emotional success.
📱 No Cell "Bell to Bell" 📵
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to no longer allow students to use cell phones during instructional time. We understand that this is a big adjustment. This decision was made to help us create a more focused and productive learning environment for all students. We've seen that when phones are put away, students are more engaged in class discussions, collaborate more with their peers, and are better able to concentrate on the material being taught. Our goal is to help our students succeed and thrive academically. We believe that by reducing distractions, we can help them get the most out of their time in the classroom. We appreciate your support in making this a smooth transition! Please CLICK HERE to read the full BOE Regulation #5516.
The 2025-2026 school calendar has been updated. There will be no school for students and faculty on Friday, February 6, 2026 and graduation for the Class of 2026 will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Monmouth University. To access the full school calendar, please CLICK HERE.
