Senior of the Week

Kathy Ling was nominated by her counselor, Ms. Orozco. "It is with great pride that I nominate Kathy Ling for Senior of the Week. Kathy is an exceptional student who has consistently maintained a rigorous academic course load throughout her high school years. However, what truly sets Kathy apart is not just her academic excellence but her willingness to step outside of her comfort zone and embrace new opportunities, challenges, and experiences—often far away from home. Kathy is not afraid to take risks and explore new areas, whether through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or community involvement. She approaches each challenge with determination and a growth mindset, always eager to learn and push herself further. Her ability to adapt and thrive in unfamiliar environments has been truly inspiring to witness. I am incredibly proud of the student Kathy is today and equally excited to see the person she will become in the future."
