New Age Entrepreneur Consciousness
New Year 2026 Issue #4
New Year, New Entrepreneur Intentions
A new year often brings a new set of intentions. Or does it?
In business, we rarely think in terms of calendar years. Growth doesn’t wait for January, and strategy doesn’t magically reset when the ball drops. Most entrepreneurs live by fiscal years, quarterly targets, and long‑range visions that stretch far beyond the neat boxes of a planner.
But 2026 is different. Last year in the Chinese zodiac was the year of the snake. Growing and shedding. Uncomfortable in some areas and downright painful in others. Bright side you have now emerge shiny and new or about too. This year is the horse. Think horsepower. How many mustangs would you like powering your momentum?
This year isn’t just another page flip, it marks the beginning of a new cycle. A longer arc. A fresh runway for reinvention, expansion, and bold moves that will shape the next several years, not just the next several months.
So then the real question becomes:
What intentions have you set for the evolutionary growth of your business? If you joined us for our last newsletter, then you are aware your business has a soul. And it’s ready to grow.
Are you standing at the edge, ready to take the leap into entrepreneurship for the first time?
Are you already in the game and feeling the pull to scale, refine, or diversify?
Or maybe you’re somewhere in between, steady but sensing that “steady” isn’t enough for where you want to go.
Wherever you are on the spectrum, this is the moment to get intentional. Not with vague resolutions, but with grounded, strategic goals that align with the cycle you’re stepping into.
What do you want your business to become?
What are you willing to build, risk, or transform to get there? As a conscious entrepreneur we serve with love, kindness compassion and direction.
2026 is inviting you to decide on a new set of intentions. Business’ have cycles, seasons, and their own deep rhythms of growth that don’t always align with a date on the wall.
So before you rush into planning, strategizing, or setting targets, pause.
Take a breath.
And turn inward.
A Moment to Go Within
Entrepreneurship isn’t only built on spreadsheets and strategy. It’s built on intuition, alignment, and the quiet conversations we have with ourselves, and with the businesses we’re creating.
Take a moment to close your eyes and drop into your heart space. Let the noise fall away.
Imagine your business not as a task list, but as a living entity, something you’re in relationship with.
Now ask it:
What do you want to become this year
Where are you asking me to grow
What support do you need from me
What possibilities are ready to unfold
Listen without forcing.
Let the answers rise naturally, even if they come as feelings, images, or subtle nudges rather than full sentences.
This inner dialogue is often where the most authentic intentions are born.
Setting Intentions for a New Cycle
Whether you’re preparing to take the leap into entrepreneurship for the first time or expanding the business you’ve already built, this is the moment to get intentional.
Not with vague resolutions, but with grounded, soul‑aligned direction.
Ask yourself:
What do I want my business to look like by the end of this cycle
What kind of leader do I want to be
What impact do I want to create
What am I ready to release so I can grow
2026 invites you to think bigger, deeper, and longer-term.
A Simple Exercise to Anchor Your Vision
After your inner dialogue, take out a notebook and write down everything that came up, every idea, every whisper, every possibility. Don’t judge or organize yet. Just capture.
Then, over the next couple of days:
Revisit your notes
Highlight what feels energizing
Circle what feels aligned
Notice what keeps pulling your attention
Patterns will emerge.
Clarity will sharpen.
Your true intentions will reveal themselves.
This is how you move from inspiration to direction, from intention to action.
2026 Is Asking You to Choose
This year is a threshold.
Every day is a brand-new beginning. A chance to step into a new cycle with purpose and clarity.
So ask yourself:
What am I ready to create.
What am I ready to commit to.
What am I ready to become.
Set your intentions.
Set your direction.
Set your goals and let them be guided by both strategy and soul.
Move toward them with purpose. Congrats and welcome to a new year!

The Power of Leading with Intention
As you move into a new year, it’s natural to think in terms of goals, strategies, and
outcomes. But from the perspective of the Akashic Records, leadership and success
begin much earlier than execution. They begin with awareness.
You are already creating everything in your life and business—through your decisions,
your mindset, your priorities, your boundaries, and your willingness to act. Creation is
not something you “start” when the year begins; it is something you are continuously
doing.
The question is not:
Will I create this year?
The question is:
Will I create intentionally… or passively?
Passive Creation vs. Intentional Leadership
Passive creation happens when you allow momentum, stress, assumptions, or old
patterns to make decisions for you. It sounds like:
“We’ll see how the year goes.”
“I’ll deal with that later.”
“This is just how things are right now.”
“If something changes, I’ll respond.”
Passive creation isn’t failure—it’s simply leadership without conscious direction. It allows
external pressures to dictate outcomes instead of aligning choices with purpose and
values.
Intentional creation, however, is proactive. It requires presence. It invites you to pause
and ask:
What am I building—on purpose?
What energy and culture am I leading with?
What beliefs are guiding this decision?
What do I truly want to create this year?
Intentional creation doesn’t replace action; it strengthens it. It ensures that strategy,
growth, and execution are supported by clarity rather than urgency or fear.
Intention Is Direction
Intention is not a hope or a wish. It is direction. It establishes the internal framework
from which decisions are made, teams are led, and organizations evolve.
Intentional leadership might sound like:
“I choose clarity and transparency.”
“We grow in a way that supports people as much as profit.”
“Our work is grounded in service and excellence.”
“We move forward with confidence rather than pressure.”
“We succeed sustainably.”
When intention is clear, priorities realign. Communication improves. Opportunity
becomes easier to recognize. Action becomes more focused and effective.
A Practical Challenge for the Year Ahead
Instead of asking only what you want to achieve this year, ask:
What do I no longer want to create by default?
Where am I ready to lead more consciously?
What kind of energy, culture, and experience do I want within my life and business?
Who am I choosing to be as I lead forward?
Then revisit those questions regularly. Creation is not a one-time declaration; it is a
continuous discipline of alignment.
A Closing Truth
You are not starting from deficit. Every challenge, every success, and every lesson from
past years has strengthened your clarity, adaptability, and leadership. You are already
the creator of your own life. The real question isn’t if you’re creating—it’s whether you’re
doing it with intention or simply allowing it to happen.
This year, lead consciously. Build with purpose. Create with awareness. And allow your
business and your life to reflect not only success, but integrity, clarity, and purpose.

Demystify: The Schumann Resonance
What It Is And What It Isn't for the Conscious Entrepreneur
If you’ve spent any time in spiritual, wellness, or New Age circles, you’ve probably heard people talk about the Schumann Resonance, often described as the “heartbeat of the Earth,” a frequency linked to human consciousness, awakening, or energetic shifts.
But what is the Schumann Resonance, really?
And what isn’t it?
Let’s bring clarity, grounded science, and conscious awareness together. This is my understanding of it. Like always, I am perfectly imperfect at time. Trust your own vibes.
What the Schumann Resonance Is
1. A Natural Electromagnetic Phenomenon
The Schumann Resonances are global electromagnetic resonances that occur in the cavity between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. This space acts like a giant resonant chamber.
2. Generated by Lightning
These resonances are created and sustained by lightning strikes all around the world, which continuously excite extremely low-frequency (ELF) waves in the Earth–ionosphere cavity.
3. A Set of Frequencies — Not Just One
Although many people reference “the 7.83 Hz frequency,” the Schumann Resonance actually consists of multiple peaks, including:
· 7.83 Hz (fundamental)
· 14.3 Hz
· 20.8 Hz
· 27.3 Hz
· 33.8 Hz
These frequencies appear as distinct peaks in the ELF portion of Earth’s electromagnetic spectrum.
4. A Tool for Monitoring Earth’s Atmosphere
Scientists use the Schumann Resonance to study:
· global lightning activity
· atmospheric changes
· ionospheric conditions
· planetary electrical behavior
It’s a stable, measurable environmental phenomenon — not a mystical or unpredictable one.
What the Schumann Resonance Is Not
1. It Is Not the Earth’s “heartbeat” in a biological sense
While poetic, the Earth does not have a biological pulse. The resonance is an electromagnetic standing wave, not a living heartbeat.
2. It Does Not spike because of human emotions or global events
There is no scientific evidence that human consciousness, collective emotion, or spiritual awakening causes changes in the Schumann Resonance. Personally, I disagree. It seems to vibrate at a much higher hertz level when major spiritual holidays are taking place. And a much lower vibration when attacks/war corruption are globally announced. Even with the moon cycles. Do you own investigating, there are several great contributors on YouTube if you wish to follow.
Variations are caused by:
· lightning activity
· ionospheric shifts
· solar radiation
—not human behavior. (or so "they" say)
3. It Is Not a frequency that controls human consciousness
Some theories suggest humans “sync” with 7.83 Hz because it falls within the alpha brainwave range. While interesting, this is not scientifically proven. The resonance is too weak to directly influence brain activity in a measurable way.
4. It Is Not a sign of planetary ascension or energetic upheaval
Claims that “the Schumann Resonance is spiking” or “the Earth is shifting into 5D” are interpretations, not scientific facts. The resonance fluctuates naturally due to atmospheric conditions — not metaphysical events. I smile at this. I've written it in a way so that it has you ponder. To connect with your own truth. Science and spirituality are always linked. It a perception angle, where you are coming from in your frame of mind and heart, and soul.
Why Conscious Entrepreneurs Still Care
Even though the Schumann Resonance is not a mystical signal of awakening, it is a powerful reminder of something profound:
We live inside a planet-sized electromagnetic environment.
We are part of a living, dynamic system.
Our bodies, brains, and nervous systems evolved within this field.
For heart-centered entrepreneurs, this awareness can inspire:
· Deeper connection to nature, grounded energetic practices, alignment with natural rhythms. A sense of belonging to something larger. You don’t need pseudoscience to feel the truth of that.
The Conscious Takeaway
The Schumann Resonance is a real, measurable electromagnetic phenomenon.
·
It is not a consciousness controller
·
But it truly is a wonderful example of how science and spirituality can coexist , when we honor both truth and meaning.
Disclosure: Reminder, this is my personal understanding of the Schumann resonance. as mentioned, I am perfectly imperfect, so please do your own research.
