It’s been a tough week for our Warriors, as the flu has hit our student body hard. We are taking extra precautions by sanitizing high-traffic surfaces multiple times a day and using our ultraviolet lights at night to help keep our classrooms clean. Please help us by reinforcing good hygiene practices at home, such as frequent handwashing, coughing into the elbow, and respecting personal space.
On Monday, students participated in the Kids Heart Challenge Assembly. Coleman Elementary has a long-standing tradition of supporting this important event, and our students are highly motivated to reach our school-wide goal of raising $4,000. The excitement is high—our Warriors are eager to see Coach Brammeier teach gym in a chicken costume if we hit our goal!

To ensure the safety of all students and staff, we have updated our visitor procedures. Beginning immediately, all visitors to Coleman during school hours will be required to present a valid driver’s license for scanning.
