Alligator Aquatics is proud to be a SafeSport Recognized club, reflecting our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every swimmer. SafeSport training helps parents, athletes, and coaches understand healthy boundaries, recognize concerning behavior, and know how to speak up or report concerns. Not every swim club holds Safe Sport certification, and maintaining this recognition is one way Alligator Aquatics continues to prioritize athlete safety and team culture.
We strongly encourage all parents — especially new families — to complete the Parent’s Guide to Misconduct in Sport course through USA Swimming. Returning parents should also check their completion date, as the course must be renewed every 18 months to continue counting toward our club’s Safe Sport recognition. We also encourage all athletes to participate in age-appropriate Safe Sport education: swimmers 12 & under can complete the SafeSport for Kids course with a parent or guardian, and athletes 13 and older should complete the SafeSport for Youth Athletes course through their own USA Swimming account.
Please visit our Alligator Aquatics Safe Sport page for Safe Sport information, resources, and reporting guidance. For step-by-step instructions on completing parent and athlete courses, please use our Safe Sport Training Job Aid.
