Dear Coppell Choir Family,

Happy Winter Break! ❄️🎉 We hope that you all have a restful and amazing break. Happy holidays to you and your families, and please know how thankful we are for our choir family and your continued support ❤️🎶

When we return from break, rehearsals will take place in the NEW CHOIR ROOM located in the new fine arts facility past the football field Please be sure to plan accordingly. We will continue working on our solo projects as we prepare for upcoming performances 🎤✨

The UIL Solo Contest will take place on Saturday, January 24th 🗓️🎵 Please be sure to review the Solo Contest section below to confirm your registration and any required information.

January will be full of rehearsals and important preparation, so please make sure to read the daily agenda closely to stay informed and on track 📖✅

The UIL Solo Contest will take place on Saturday, January 24th, at Coppell High School 🏫🎶 Students who expressed interest should have received a StudentSquare message from Mrs. Coogle containing a Google Form to confirm participation.

Please review the list of singers who are currently registered to participate in the Solo Contest as of December 19th 📋🎤

If you received an email from Mrs. Coogle on December 18th requesting that you complete the form, please do so as soon as possible ⏰ If the form is not submitted, you will not be entered into the competition.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this important deadline.

Volunteer Communication Update
We wish Mrs. Conkovich all the best as she begins her maternity leave from September 15th to December 12th! We’re excited to welcome Mr. Lee as her long-term substitute!

During this time, our amazing VP of Events, Kit Ciura and Mary Alvarado, will serve as the Volunteer Coordinators. Please keep an eye out for emails from vpevents@coppellchoir.com for all future volunteer communications, and feel free to reach out to them directly with any questions about volunteering.

If you would like to become a choir sponsor or would like to gain more information regarding becoming a choir sponsor, please click on the line below for more information.

Parents have to opt in for health-related services as mandated by law. The clinic will not be able help them if this is not complete. If possible, please share this link with students and parents. Parents are asked to complete a separate consent form for each student enrolled in CISD. The form is also linked on the CHS Website under Health Services Consent form.
