CELEBRATING THE CLASS OF 2021

With all we've experienced this past year, it's hard to believe graduation day for the Class of 2021 is around the corner. We are excited to help in celebrating our Class of 2021. Here's what we need from each Senior:

Create a single GOOGLE slide. Use one of the sample slide templates linked below, or be as creative as you'd like by putting your own stamp on it. Include absolutely anything you feel great about!

Information to be included on the slide:

• First and Last Name
• Celebrations and Accomplishments- Examples include acts of service/contributions to your community, leadership positions, holding a part-time job
• Awards/Scholarships received- Examples include National Merit Scholar, Nations Reserve Officer Training Corps Scholarship, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Scholarship
• What's Next for me?- A short statement about what's on the horizon for you. Examples include joining the workforce in the field of .....; attending X University to major in...; enlisting in the X branch of the military
• Photo (optional)

Save your GOOGLE slide using the following format: Last Name_First Name_Senior Slide

Submit you saved GOOGLE slide to the form below by Friday, May 7th at 11:59 PM.

Please make sure all information or photos are school-appropriate.

Every year, during the graduation ceremony, we recognize the total number of scholarships and grants offered to our seniors from the universities to which they have applied. In order to be included in the Class of 2021 total, we ask seniors to provide us with any scholarship or grant offers received. Complete the form below for EACH scholarship or grant offered. Remember to include all offers separately, whether or not the offer is accepted.

Here are some examples for each category:

• Scholarship: University of Oklahoma Honor's Scholarship, National Merit Scholarship, Dell Scholarship, Anderson Mill Garden Scholarship

• Grant: University of Oklahoma Alumni Grant, Federal Pell Grant, University of Houston Scholar's Grant

In order to be included in the campus total announced at graduation, offers must be submitted through the Google form by May 20th at 11:59 PM. Any information submitted after this date will not be included.
