Between May 1st and May 26th, students at all TVUSD schools in grades 3-12 will be asked to complete a survey measuring student self-efficacy, self-management, and emotion regulation, as well as their perceptions of school climate, safety, and sense of belonging.
Students in grades 3-5 will complete a survey that has been created using grade-appropriate language, which can be previewed in English here or in Spanish here.
Students in grades 6-12 will complete a survey that can be previewed in English here or in Spanish here.
If you would prefer that your child not complete this survey, please complete this form by Monday, April 24th. If you opted your student out for the fall survey, they will be automatically opted out for the spring survey. If you are unsure, you may complete the opt-out form again.
