Principal's Message
SES Families,
It was a busy first week back from break! Teachers spent time reconnecting with students and eased back into learning!
Grades 3-5 take the ILEARN assessment April 20th-May 4th. It is important that students are here on testing days. We would appreciate it if you could avoid making appointments that would take your student away from school on these days.
Next Tuesday, our Math Bowl Team will be competing in the State Meet. We want to wish them good luck!
Have a great weekend!
Ms. Witkemper
Ms. Witkemper

Cards,
Registration is open for Southport Developmental Football's Spring Flag Football League.
This is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed league for children as young as 4 years old (Pre-Kindergarten) to 14 years old (8th Grade). We limit teams to 10 players or fewer to maximize playing time. This is an exceptional program for first time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football, and at the same time our league is also a wonderful opportunity for players who may want to continue to enhance their fundamentals and agility.
There are no try-outs and everyone participates! Children are placed on teams according to school, grade, and coach/buddy request. We do our best to make sure teams are even and good competition takes place each week.
This is a 6 game season with games played Sundays and a 1 Day Single Elimination Tournament at the end of the season. Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all.
Participants will receive a NFL reversible jersey and flag belt. Mouth Guards are required and available for purchase at Cardinal Stadium.
