Greetings from Dr. Borgese
Level Up for Our School: Super Tynes Jogathon! ๐๐ฏ
Tiger Families,
Our PTA Jogathon is officially underway, and this yearโs theme is โSuper Tynes Jogathonโ ... a fun Super Marioโinspired adventure that fits perfectly with our schoolwide โLeveling Upโ theme! Our Tigers will be running, cheering, and working together to power up our school community.
Our fundraising goal is $22,000, and thanks to the early support of our amazing families weโve already raised $8,271! Thatโs a great start, but we still have 42 days left (until April 17) to reach our goal. We invite all families to consider making a donation and to share the fundraiser with family members, friends, and even local businesses who may want to support our students. Every contribution helps power up learning experiences, student activities, and programs that benefit all of our Tigers.
Please check the newsletter below for all the details on how to donate, including family contributions and business sponsorship opportunities. Thank you for helping our students level up and reach the finish line! ๐ฎ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฏ
Warmly,
Dr. Borgese

Jogathon Fundraiser
Our Jog-a-thon officially kicked off today! Students attended a fun assembly and learned about this yearโs prizes and how they can help raise funds for our school!
Goal: $22,000
If we reach it, the whole school earns an extra recess and Dr. Borgese and Mrs. Miller will dress up for the Jog-a-thon !Weโre using DoJiggy again this year for easy online donations (cash and checks are welcome, too). Information on setting up your studentโs fundraising page is coming home and included below.
There are:
Prizes for fundraising milestones
Awards for the top 3 fundraisers
A NEW grand prize for the overall top fundraiser
Class prizes for top-earning classes
Business Sponsorships โ A Major Focus This Year
In addition to donations from family and friends, weโre placing a strong emphasis on growing our business sponsorships. Community sponsors make a huge impact and help us reach our goal faster.
You can help by:
Becoming a sponsor if you own a business
Asking your employer if they support local schools
Connecting us with a local business owner you know
Helping us reach out to businesses in the community
We have multiple sponsorship levels available, and sponsors receive recognition through event signage and school communications.
If youโre willing to help โ even by reaching out to just one business โ please let us know. Parent connections are incredibly powerful!
