Parent Trainings

The FACE Dept is collaborating with the Professional Learning & Technology Integration Dept to offer a series of training sessions for parents to help answer any digital questions they may have. The sessions will cover various topics of interest to parents, such as:

  • Schoology
  • Digital Resources
  • Tips on how to create a classroom at home
  • How to create a daily routine and organize student schedule at home
  • Family time at home during the pandemic

Re-Entry Plan

The FACE Dept held the third Superintendent-Parent Advisory Committee meeting on July 22nd. We had two sessions, one in English and one in Spanish. In these sessions, Aldine Chief Communication Officer, Shelea Reed shared with parents about the district's reentry plan. The committee had an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on some aspects of the plan.

The entire Re entry Plan can be accessed on the district website www.aldineisd.org.

FACE Campus Liaisons

Every Aldine ISD school has an assigned Family and Community Engagement (FACE) liaison that will help provide family engagement opportunities at the campus to positively impact student academic performance. We appreciate the support of our families and the community by collaborating and providing suggestions and feedback to our FACE Campus Liaisons.
