We are starting to run low on some stuff for the classroom. Below is a sign up genius for some supplies for the classroom, but as well, I was hoping if each family could bring in one box of tissues for the class, preferably the square boxes that allow the students to pull out tissues one at a time, that would be amazing! Lots of green noses are either here or coming real soon!

Spring is around the corner, and if you are anything like me, you are going to start getting rid of all the extra things around the house. Before you throw anything away, we are always looking for some extra things for our classroom. Any board games that are in good condition, an older bean bag chair that can still get some good years out of it, books that your children are not reading anymore, we would love to take those off your hands and reuse it for our class and future students! Feel free to email me if there are any things that you want to donate and we will see if we need it!

We are getting to the point of the year where we are having the children bring in more clothes. It would be a GREAT help if you could please label your child's clothes with either their initials or name. Our students are very fashionable and we do not want them to accidentally lose a piece of clothing.

We started having classroom jobs! Different jobs allows the kids to feel as though the classroom is more than just a place to play, but somewhere that needs their attention and time. Take a look at what our jobs are!

As funny as it sounds...some of the answers are even better. We always start with finding out what the students want to know about the topic we are about to learn. We ask questions, and as we learn, we reflect back on the questions we came up with and if there are any others that we come up with as we answer those!

The Leprechaun came, got caught by our trap...and escaped! But he left us behind some magical green necklaces, somehow just enough for each student to get one...coincidence...?

I wish we could all be amazing at some table tennis, but for now, we will practice with what we got. We made a "net" and had some fun playing our game!

Friday 29th - No School

A big thank you from our team to you all for everything that you do! Ms. Kristen, Ms. Julie, Mrs. Holly and myself are all so lucky to have you as our families and for allowing us to be apart of your children's lives! We work hard to help your children improve and learn but teaching starts at home first and foremost so we wanted to say thank you!
