PTA Updates
Picture Re-Take Volunteers needed
Our students have picture retake day coming up on September 29th, and we can use your help with getting them lined up and ready for their new pictures. If you are available to volunteer for any of the time slots below, we will appreciate your help!
💙 Become a PTA Member
Joining the PTA is one of the easiest ways to support our students and staff. Membership helps fund classroom resources, events, teacher appreciation, and more. Even if you can’t volunteer, becoming a member strengthens our community and ensures we can continue offering meaningful programs. Every membership truly matters.
🎉 After‑Prom Chair Needed
We’re looking for a dedicated parent to lead this year’s After‑Prom Committee. After‑Prom is one of our most loved traditions — a safe, fun, memory‑making night for our students. The chair coordinates volunteers, activities, and decorations (don’t worry, you’ll have a full team behind you). If you enjoy planning events or just want to help create something special for our teens, we’d love to have you. If interested, please email president@goldendemonspta.org
🛍️ Silent Auction Chair Needed
Our annual Silent Auction is the backbone of our PTA budget — it funds nearly all of our programs for the year. We’re seeking a chair to organize item collection, oversee bidding logistics, and help promote the event. If you’re organized, creative, or simply passionate about supporting our school, this role makes a huge impact. If interested, please email president@goldendemonspta.org.
