Event Information
The Choir's Spring Concert will be Tuesday, May 12th in the Huntsville High School Auditorium at 6:00PM, but your choir student must be there for their 5:00PM call time. This concert is a required event for all choir students and must be attended to receive their grade. Please see the Choral Handbook for more details on required performances. Students must where their choir uniform. We look forward to sharing the hard work we've done this spring!

The Band and Choir Joint Winter Concert will be Friday, December 12th in the Huntsville High School Auditorium at 6:00PM, but your choir student must be there for their 5:00PM call time. This concert is a required event for all choir students and must be attended to receive their grade. Please see the Choral Handbook for more details on required performances. Students must where their choir uniform, but may where any type of "tacky" holiday accessories they choose. We look forward to sharing the holiday spirit we've worked so hard to present!
Students are required to have a choir t-shirt for safety on trips. Please note if students did not purchase the shirts online, they are available for purchase directly from Mr. Griffin for $20. Please use the cashapp link below or a check
Students may also purchase one of the leftover t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies from last year. Last years shirts are $5, sweatshirts are $8, and hoodies are $10 while supplies last.

Choir Parent Meeting
Same Night as Open House
Now that open house has officially been schedule, we will meet at 5:30PM which is 30 minutes prior. This meeting will be held in the choir room.
Event Information
Everything you need to know about the choir program is in this approved document seen above. Your student will be coming home on the first day of school with an acknowledgement form, permission slip, and medical form all in one. This is the same form that is at the end of the above Google Doc. Please fill this out to the best of your ability and send this in ASAP!!!
THE ALL-IN-ONE HANDBOOK/PERMISSION/MEDICAL FORM IS DUE ASAP!!!
If your student has not given you this form to fill out front and back, Please reach out and I will send another home with them!!!

HERE IS SOME INFO ON OUR FIRST REQUIRED EVENT
Event Information
We are grateful to be passing the torch of hosting auditions to Whitesburg Middle School! Students will need their own transportation to Whitesburg MS for auditions. Students may attend auditions on Monday, 9-22-25 OR Tuesday, 9-23-25. They are not required to attend both days. Auditions are from 4-6 both days, but once their audition is finished they are free to go. It is not recommended for everyone to come right at 4 due to long lines we typically experience at the beginning. All students are required to audition for a grade, but students may choose whether or not they want to be considered for the All-City Choir Festival in October.
