Murdock Elementary School

Happy November, Murdock Families!

As we begin a new month, we have so much to be thankful for at Murdock Elementary! We are grateful for our wonderful students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make Murdock such a special place. November is a great time to focus on kindness, gratitude, and giving back to others. We have several fun activities planned, including Veterans Day and our family-style Thanksgiving dinner! We look forward to a wonderful month of learning, celebrating, and making memories together!

Thank you for your continued support and for helping make Murdock a great place for our students!

Parents and Guardians,

In accordance with Indiana State law, Murdock Elementary will be presenting child and sexual abuse prevention lessons to all students before December 15th. (This law is mandated for all students in kindergarten through 12th grade.) The lessons we will be using are through the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center Foundation and can be found at www.fightchildabuse.org The rules below are the ones discussed in this program. We encourage all families to talk with their children about these issues.
