Assessments throughout the school year
Read how we assess our students throughout our district in this Assessment Letter.
💡 Parent Moves: build a library💡
Develop a library
When little ones have their own shelf of books, they are more excited to read and engage in the bedtime routine. Designate a bookshelf for them to start collecting books. Then, they will look forward to the 7:30pm routine of bath, books, and bed.
Our Character Strong focus for September is Respect
We make it easy for you to discuss respect at home. Just print the following document to support conversations at home about respect.

Has anyone said your student gets distracted easily, that they may have ADHD, or has trouble focusing?
Schools are required by law to make and follow accommodations when a doctor diagnosis a student. These tests can be expensive. However FREE neuropsychological evaluations are available for students who need it, live in Kane County, and are income eligible. Neuropsychological evaluations can cost families thousands of dollars. These evaluations can provide valuable insights into a student’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to better support their academic and personal success.
