Schedule your haircuts and practice your smiles! Picture Day is Wednesday, September 17th!

Students will come with their classrooms during the day to take their individual photos. There is no need to register/sign up.

If your child is absent or you are unhappy with your pictures, Retakes are scheduled for October 16th. More information about proofs, ordering and retakes can be found HERE.

We are happy to offer families the opportunity to take Sibling Portraits! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for Sibling Portraits. After school (September 17) starting at 2:45pm photographers will be on hand to take SIBLING PHOTOS. An adult must be present. More information can be found on our website HERE

The Beaubien Fall Athletics season is in full swing!! The registration period has now closed and all families who register have been contacted with team or waitlist placements.

7/8th grade team schedules can be found on the Beaubien website. Note: schedules are considered "Live." This means they are subject to change up until a scheduled game time, they should NOT be screenshot, printed, or downloaded

We are excited to host the Beaubien Cross Country Meet on Monday, September 15th! We are looking for volunteers to help!

We are looking for about 5-6 volunteers from 1:30pm - 2:45pm, for set-up which will include setting up our canopy, organizing snacks, taping off spectator sections, organizing/distributing jerseys to students, etc. Then we will need about 4-6 volunteers from 2:45pm - 4:15pm for crowd control, jersey collections, and clean-up.

Volunteers can be level 1 or 2. In case of rain, the meet will be moved to Tuesday, September 16th.

We've kicked off our annual PTO Membership Drive! Each classroom will be participating for class prizes! Each classroom has a dog bowl poster on display. When a family joins the PTO, their child gets to add a dog bone sticker with their name to their class poster.

It’s simple: join the PTO → your child gets a bone → their class gets closer to winning!

• The class with the highest participation each week wins a fun prize.
• At the end of the drive, the top two classes will earn a $50 classroom budget (non-food items).

A little truly goes a long way! The suggested donation for an annual family membership is $20, but any donation amount is welcome and appreciated. Dear Beaubien Families,

On Tuesday, September 9th, we will conduct our Lockdown and Shelter-in-Place (severe weather or emergency) drills. These important safety drills ensure that everyone in our school community knows the procedures to follow to remain safe.

We understand that these drills may feel unsettling for some students. To help ease concerns, teachers will prepare students beforehand by explaining what to expect using age-appropriate language. Our goal is to help students feel informed and empowered, not fearful. During the drills, students will have the opportunity to walk through the steps, ask questions, and build confidence in their ability to respond.

We encourage you to talk with your child at home about these safety practices and reinforce that they are designed to keep everyone protected.
