CMS - Fall Conference Information

CMS Families,
Conferences at Centennial Middle School are coming up on Thursday, November 5th (in-person conferences only) and Tuesday, November 10th (Virtual only, no in-person on this date) from 4:00–7:30 PM. Families may choose to attend in-person conferences at CMS or virtual conferences via Google Meet, depending on the date. Please review the information below for details and sign-up instructions.
Important Information:
Thursday, November 5th:
In-person conferences only.
Conferences will take place in teachers’ classrooms.
There is no virtual option on this date.
Tuesday, November 10th:
Virtual conferences only via Google Meet.
There is no in-person option on this date.
If you prefer to meet in person, please sign up for a time on Thursday, November 5th.
Conference Details:
CMS is using MyConferenceTime for scheduling conferences.
Each conference is scheduled for 5 minutes. Thank you for waiting in the hallway (in person) or joining the Google Meet at your scheduled time (virtual).
You may view multiple teacher schedules at once to make scheduling easier. See the link below on signing up for conferences.
You are not required to meet with every teacher—please sign up only with the teachers you’d like to speak with.
After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This email will include the Google Meet link for virtual conferences on Tuesday, November 10th..
