One of the best parts of our year has been the awesome events our parent group has organized such as movie nights and dances. As part of this ongoing work we are wanting to survey people to learn about families' preference of events. Thank you to the hard work of so many parents who are committed to JES and supporting community involvement.
We are happy to share with you that the LNSU Human Resources team has begun the recruitment process for filling the Johnson Elementary Principal position. Applications for the position will be open until the second week of February or until we have a solid applicant pool. The finalist(s) will be invited to a community meet and greet where all members of the community will be able to ask questions and have conversations. We will have parent/caregiver leads to assist us with this process as a liaison to the community and to help us determine the format of this meeting. Details about the process will be shared at a later date.
