Wellness Wednesday Wellness Wednesday

On July 2nd we focused on the concept of self-regulation. Learning about self-regulation equips students with essential skills to manage their emotions, behaviors, and thoughts effectively. By understanding and practicing self-regulation, students can enhance their focus, reduce stress, and improve their academic performance.
