MTSS Lead Weekly Updates

TNPulse is hosting office hours where you can drop in and ask questions regarding MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans. You will be able to share your screen to get individualized support from Christine Cline. Our next session is Tuesday, September 17th. 1:00-2:00 September 17

This is the best way to get support as you create, modify, or exit plans following the fall screening window. There will be additional office hours in October to further support with ILP-Ds following the TDOE/TNPulse updates that will occur within the platform. Dates and times will be shared along with links when TDOE provides them.

If you are new to TNPulse login with an TDOE SSO (first name.last name@tneducation.net), you should expect an error message upon the first login. This is a good thing because it creates a placeholder for me to connect you with the correct permissions and school. Unfortunately, I do not get notified by TDOE or TNPulse that you are getting an error message. Please email RTI2@scsk12.org and I will make the necessary updates.

I am continuing to work with TNPulse and MSCS IT to ensure that teachers and students not found in the TNPulse platform will be available. There are various reasons that are the cause for issues, but the most common issue is that information in PowerSchool does not match letter for letter, number for number or there is missing information such as a state id number. When reporting missing students and/or teachers, please ensure that you have checked PowerSchool and with the office staff responsible for PowerSchool entries to check all information. If everything appears to be entered correctly, please provide the first and last name along with the PowerSchool Id Number in email to RTI2@scsk12.org.
