It's hard to believe that we only have one more week before Thanksgiving break. It seems like the holiday season snuck up on us so quickly this year. Before we break for Thanksgiving, we have some fun activities planned. Please don't forget about our annual Math Night that is happening next week. Let us provide dinner so you can carve time out of your busy schedules to play fun math games with your children. It reinforces the importance of math skills and spending time together as a family. Thank you to Mrs. Kerth for organizing such a fun event each year.

It is Red Bag season! Please look in your child's folders for a flyer with information about your child(ren)'s grade foster child that we are sponsoring. The flyer has the sign up genius information for what is needed for each child. We are asking that the presents come wrapped this year and are due by next Friday, November 17. This is such a special tradition and great way for our students to learn the feeling of giving is better than receiving.

Next Friday, November 17th we are hosting our annual Flannel Friendsgiving Assembly. Students may wear their favorite flannel or Thanksgiving attire to school. We will be hyping the students up to begin our Celebration Cash Raffle. We are asking that each family sell 6 tickets this year. There is no better time than the holidays to ask Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Susie to help support Holy Cross. Please keep a look out for the tickets in your child's backpacks.

It was such an honor to celebrate our community Veteran's this week! Thank you for all you do for our school community and country!
