Free & Reduced Lunch Applications
Hello,
It's time to complete your free and reduced meal application! Springdale Public Schools is giving away bags of groceries every week now through October 1, 2026 to four lucky families who complete their meal applications. If you haven’t submitted your meal application yet, please don't wait. Complete your application today for a chance to WIN!!!
Please remember that free and reduced meal eligibility only lasts for one school year. A new application is required for the current school year in order to remain eligible for free and reduced meals. If you need assistance, please contact your child’s school.
Athletic Events
As fall sports begin, we want to encourage our students to come out and support our athletic teams. If your student plans to attend an athletic event, please plan to attend with your student or ensure he/she has a ride home promptly following the event. Students who are not picked up in a timely manner (within 30 minutes of the end of the game) will not be allowed to attend athletic events moving forward.
Car Rider Line Update
We appreciate you!
Thank you for your cooperation with our updated car rider line procedures. Pulling as far forward as you can allows for more cars to load their student(s) at one time; ultimately allowing all students to get home and out of the heat more quickly.
College & Career Readiness Assessment
ACT 724 requires all districts to offer a specific suite of College and Career Readiness Assessments to students in 9th and 10th grade. Students are eligible to take ONE free test during either their 9th or 10th grade year. These tests include PreACT, PSAT, and CLT10. Our recommendation is that students wait until 10th grade to take one of these tests as they will be more prepared to take the test, however if you would like your 9th grader to take one of these tests this year, please call the front office and let us know. Thank you!
Community Service Opportunity
All 9th graders need to start earning Community Service hours. They need 75 hours by the time they are 12th graders. One source that organizes and provides Community Service opportunities is Good Works. It is located in the Jones Center. Saturday, September 25th is a Day of Service. Two hours of community service is available at multiple locations in Springdale. To get more information, click this LINK or email info@goodworksnwa.org.
