Message from Mr. Cranberry
Dear IACS Families,
What an amazing couple of weeks we have had at IACS! Red Ribbon Week was a huge success, with lots of fun activities and events designed to educate our students about the importance of being and staying drug-free and understanding the harmful effects of drugs. We had tremendous support and participation from both students and parents, and we appreciate everyone who helped make the week meaningful. It is always great to see our school community come together to support such an important message!
We also had an amazing Halloween dance! It was so much fun seeing all the creative costumes and watching our students enjoy an evening together. A special thank you to Ms. Stark, Ms. Lund, our cheer team and their parents, and DJ Kallas for all the time and effort they put into making the dance such a success. Events like these don't happen without people willing to step up and help, and we are grateful for everyone who made the evening possible!
After all the excitement of Red Ribbon Week, Spooktacular, and Halloween, it is time to shift our focus as we head into the next few weeks. We have just three weeks until Thanksgiving break, and this is a great opportunity for students to lock in and finish this stretch strong. Parents, please continue to encourage your students to stay on top of their grades, make attending school every day a priority, and get to class on time. These daily habits make a big difference, and we want everyone heading into Thanksgiving break feeling good about the progress they have made. Let's keep the momentum going!
Thank you,
Mr. Cranberry

Secondary Parent Input Night
Dear Secondary Families,
As many of you know, Mrs. DeNinno will be with us for just two more weeks before heading into her next surgery. With that in mind, we wanted to squeeze in one more Parent Input Night (formerly Coffee with the Principals) to connect with our families before the busy holiday season.
We realize this invitation came with a little shorter notice than usual, but we appreciate everyone who volunteered to attend. We only had 25 spots available, and those spots have now been filled. Thank you to everyone who took the time to RSVP!
For those families who RSVP’d, this is a friendly reminder about the upcoming event. We look forward to seeing you and having the opportunity to connect.
If you weren't one of the 25 families who were able to sign up, don't worry! We plan to host another Parent Input Night this spring and hope to have you join us then. We appreciate your continued involvement and support of IACS!

We need you!
We're excited to begin building the IACS Booster Club, a parent and community organization focused on supporting the secondary arts programs at Idaho Arts Charter School.
Our students participate in visual arts, drama, choir, band, orchestra, and dance throughout the school day. The Booster Club is being created to bring families and community members together to support these programs through volunteering, fundraising, and community involvement.
As we get things started, we're looking for parents, family members, and community supporters who would like to stay informed, share ideas, volunteer, or help us grow the Booster Club.
This fall, we'll launch our first annual Month of Giving campaign, Ignite the Arts: Fuel the Flight, kicking off at Fall Festival on September 26th and continuing throughout October.
We're excited about what's ahead and the opportunities we can create for students when families and community members come together to support the arts.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
