Clark State Scholars Induction
Congratulations to our 8th grade Clark State Scholarship recipients. In order to be selected, students are to be potential first-generation college students, have a minimum GPA, and complete an application and interview process. These 6 GMS students were recognized at the induction ceremony in April at Clark State: Krista Barnhart, Liam Borders, Mariah Karnehm, Raynna Kermode', Elena Moffet, and Sophie Szeman. These students will have ongoing mentoring along with special trips and events as part of an immersive program to prepare them for their future. Upon completion of the program through high school they will be eligible for three years of free tuition and books at Clark State College.
Arts Council Spring Show
Congratulations to our students who were selected for the Champaign County Arts Council Spring Show last night. We did have a few students win awards as well. In the sculpture category Piper Jacobs earned 1st place, Michael Ehrle took 3rd place, and Riley Boyles earned honorable mention. Jenna Johnston won 2nd place in mixed media.

Quarter 4 Interim Reports
Quarter 4 Interim Reports are headed home today with students. They will all be in a stapled packet.

FREE Sports Physicals
Graham has once again partnered with Mary Rutan sports medicine to offer FREE athletics sports physicals for GMS/GHS students. Physicals will take place on May 12th. In order to participate, students must turn in a pre-participation physical form by Friday, May 8th to the GMS office. This allows us to set-up appropriate transportation needs. Forms were emailed to everyone, but we have additional forms outside the office.
2026-2027 Open Enrollment Applications

Open Enrollment applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now live.
All returning open enrollment students must reapply for the upcoming school year. Anyone wishing to be considered for open enrollment must complete an application.
The deadline to apply is April 30.

Color Blast Registration is Live!
Graham Middle School is hosting a Color Blast 1 mile & 5K run/walk
with proceeds benefiting student organizations and student initiatives
throughout the building.
Date: Saturday, May 2nd
Time: 10:00am runs start (all starting together this year)
Location: Graham Middle & Elementary Schools
Check-in: begins at 9:00am @ GMS (9644 Us Hwy 36 Saint Paris, OH 43072)
Pre-Registration Deadline: Sunday, April 19th @ midnight (if shirt package chosen)
Cost:
Basic Run/Walk Packet $25

Registration Plus Shirt Option $37
Shirt only (no run/walk package) $15
All participants will run through a minimum of 4 color stations in the 1 mile, and 12 total in the 5K. Our goal is 6 each mile.
All participants have the opportunity to participate in the pre-race water balloon fight (helps the color stick to clothing).
All participants and spectators can enjoy the variety of vendors we hope to have.
Additional color packets may be available for sale at the event (cash/check)
**New this year, you can signal “NO COLOR POWDER” the day of the event to prevent being doused directly with powder throughout the race.**
