Dear Parents and Guardians:
We are writing to inform you that we are aware of an error in Infinite Campus that has resulted in the automatic generation of letters to Beacon Hill families indicating that their student has three (3) unexcused absences. Please be advised that the letter may have been sent in error. Your student's attendance record in Infinite Campus is accurate.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused. Our team is actively working with the technology services team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and we will ensure that attendance records in Infinite Campus reflect accurate information.
