OMS Bulldog Bulletin

Happy New Year! We are looking forward to a wonderful 2026 with our Bulldogs! As we begin this new year together, I would like to thank you for your continued partnership, trust, and support of our school community. Your involvement plays a vital role in the success and well-being of our students, and we are truly grateful. We are starting our new dismissal app on January 5. Please ensure that you register and that your child's default plan is correct. The dismissal report goes out to teachers every day around 2:00.

As a reminder, please ensure that your child(ren) are wearing coats as we do go outside for recess as much as possible. We will have our Great Kindness Challenge with Spirit Days at the end of January. Please see the Great Kindness Challenge Flyer for more information. The stores are already filled with Valentine's Day items! Please read our Valentine's Day Reminders before you purchase valentines. Thank you!

Please join OMH&S! They do SO much for our students!

Old Mill Home & School Association (OMH&S) is Old Mill's PTA. OMH&S raises funds for all class trips and assemblies, recess equipment, supplies and events throughout the year. Our ability to operate is entirely dependent on the volunteer efforts of Old Mill School families and educators. Join us today!

Join us in celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary with events and activities all year. This section will share district celebrations, announcements, and ways our school community can honor this historic milestone.

It's time to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year! Please take note of the upcoming registration dates for our youngest students:

• Kindergarten Registration: Monday, February 2, 2026
• Preschool Registration: Tuesday, February 17, 2026

Children are registered in their neighborhood schools in the order that completed registrations are received. Please be advised in the event that grade-level capacity is reached, incoming students may be assigned to another WTPS elementary school.
