The Exceptional Assistant Principal is a professional learning course for assistant principals who desire to lead. This experience encourages AP’s to consider who they are as a person and leader, who they want to become, and how to be a catalyst for change in the school. Participants will improve their ability to build solid relationships with students and staff, and lead with direction and integrity. The ability of the assistant principal to support teachers as designers, leaders, and guides to instruction is greatly increased.
The EAP is a three-session experience that will improve the ability of the AP to positively influence others in their current role, while providing knowledge and strategies that will serve them in a future role as principal, or other position of leadership.
Participants will enjoy principals, superintendents and other speakers as they offer their stories and experiences. PAGE Professional Learning believes that assistant principals should be committed to what they believe and value, and act on their beliefs to lead and become an integral part of improving school for the students.
