It was great to have the students back on our campuses. Sure there were kinks and bumps to work out, but overall, everyone was ready to get back into the routine of being in school.

Start Strong... Stay Strong... Finish Strong!! Go Dragons!

Please make sure your student brings a water bottle. This is for everyone's protection as we continue to navigate through the pandemic.

Here are the ways you can stay up-to-date with what is going on in Mountainburg Schools:

• The Dragon Weekly - Posts and is sent out via text and email every Sunday @ 6:00 PM.
• The Dragon Strong Community - This is done by Dr. Atwell. It will be sent out on the 1st Monday of each month.

• DragonsLink App - Download from your play store - search Mountainburg. Here you will find school lunches, sports schedules, and Live Feed posts.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and the LiveFeed on the website.

Ordering:

• Students will be given an order form this week.
• Photos will be available to order online. A link will be sent to parents when it is sent from Heritage Portraits.

Be watching for the Dragon Gear order forms to come home with your student one day this week. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward paying for the 2022 Dragon Yearbook.

If you do not have a student in school, but would like to order some Dragon Gear, order forms will be available at each campus office and at the administration office.

Each week, Mrs. Dean will provide character words for students along with a video to explain the meaning of the word.

A text and email went out to senior parents regarding seniors joining Mrs. Daniel's Google Classroom. Here she will post scholarship information along with any information pertaining to seniors.

Seniors were sent an email on Friday with information to join the Google Classroom for the Class of 2022.

Get your child signed up for soccer through the Mountainburg Soccer club!

Our Dragon families are growing, and we are excited! We are seeking certified teachers to serve as long term subs during maternity leaves for the following positions this year:

• 4th Grade - October & November
• 6th Grade ELA and Social Studies - October & November
• Library Media -February & March
