The library is stepping up and assisting with student chromebook distribution!

Please bear with us as we transition into this new role! Things are going to look a little different the first few weeks of school. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust!

    • Library orientations and checking out books will occur after chromebooks have been distributed
    • The library will be closed for both lunches the first two weeks of school
    • If you have questions regarding student usernames/passwords/gmails/Ascender, please refer to the shared HHS spreadsheet, email/Google Chat me, or place a technology workorder

    How you can help:

    1. If you are an OnRamps teacher, please encourage your students to complete the Electronic Device Information and Protocol 2024-2025 form, (I delivered them to you) & bring your students to the library on Monday 8/19. Students should have their form in their hand. In the meantime, have students complete registration/orientation using in class devices & dept chromebooks or sign up for the Library Lab.
    2. If you are an ELA teacher, please check your box for the Electronic Device Information and Protocol 2024-2025 form, & bring your students to the library on your designated day according to the schedule below. Students should have their form in their hand.
    3. Everyone, please do not send students to the library for: usernames/passwords/GMAILS. Please check this spreadsheet. If there is a blank gmail or it's not working, please give it a day or two. Technology said there is a known syncing issue. If it continues, please place a work order.

The library has hot spots for students to borrow!

If one of your students mentions that he/she is unable to complete school work at home because they do not have internet access please send him or her to the library! We can lend him or her a hot spot, while supplies last! Please keep in mind, it is 1 hot spot per household! Borrowing the hot spot is free of charge, however, if it is lost, the student may be charged a $50 replacement fee.
