CPC Update

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Our Spring Counselors' Breakfast is scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2026, beginning at 8:15 AM. Like in the fall, we will offer program tours to the counselors and school personnel in attendance. If you remember, in the fall, we made some tweaks to the structure of the tours. The feedback was that some of the tweaks we want to keep and others we don't. For the Spring Breakfast, we plan to do the following:

• Each career advisor will be paired with school personnel from their assigned high school for the breakfast and tour.

• Career advisors will be paired with a CPC or CRD team member to assist with tour coordination.

• Together, the career advisor and CPC/CRD team member will review how the fall tour went (and where you went) to determine what programs/areas you want to tour at this breakfast.

• If you plan to go into certain programs, please reach out to those instructors to let them know that we would like to visit their classroom during the tour.

• For career advisors at PT, RN, or DF campuses, this process may be more challenging. That’s why CPC RK members will assist in contacting RK instructors if needed.

• Tour Coordination

• To keep some consistency, we will just go off of the general pairings that we used in the fall for tours. (SEE BELOW)

• Please check the agenda for the flow of the day. The tours will be from 9:40-10:10am (Agenda linked ​HERE​), so please plan the tour in order to return back by 10:10am.

SPRING BREAK!!!!

• 3/9 - Career Advisors have all Re-enrollment complete to RR in spreadsheet shared from Andrew

• 3/20 – Slotting completed by Career Advisors

• 3/24 – Career Advisors review and confirm with Dawn by end of day
• 3/25 – Dawn prints rosters for Spring Counselors’ Breakfast for HS CC review
• 3/27 – HS CC receive rosters for review (Spring Counselor Breakfast)
• 3/31 – All updates from HS CC to Dawn
• 4/3 – HS CC get final rosters from Dawn

• 4/3–4/4 – Marketing platform is used to notify families of slotted or waitlisted

• 2/27/26 - Reminder email #1 sent to Waitlisted Adults

• 3/6/2026 - App will be taken down from FTTC Website

• 3/24/2026 - App will be republished for Adult WL Students

• 3/26/2026 - Next Step Tours

• 4/1/2026 - App will be re-linked to FTTC Website
