E-Learning Days

Thank you for your resilience in assisting your 6th grader log onto our e-learning day on Friday. I joined all of the 6th grade content teachers classrooms throughout the day, and we had a fabulous turnout of students who logged on despite the internet challenges. THANK YOU! It shows your dedication and commitment to your child's education. We are thankful to partner with you.

We will have another e-learning day tomorrow, January 16th!

Synchronous learning starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 12:05 PM.

Please use this link, Family Resource for E-Learning, for information such as class period times, how to access your child's teacher's Zoom/Google Meet link, etc.

Access to Student Meals

Cold lunch will be available for pick-up for all District 65 students at Chute Middle School (1400 Oakton Street) from 10:30am-12pm tomorrow morning.

If your family does not have Internet access, please send me, Ms. Roland, Ms. Lau or Mrs. Dortzbach an email. Please let someone from our team know so that we can make sure you have access to a hotspot so your child can participate in class.

If you are unable to log into your class, please send us an email so that we can provide the Zoom link or give you the tech support that you need. I attempt to respond as quickly as possible to your requests. I am also a mom of 3 navigating my own children's school situations. So, please send an email to me, your child's teacher, as well as our 6th grade counselor, Mrs. Dortzbach (dortzbachd@district65.net), or our 6th grade social worker, Ms. Lau (lauc@district65.net).
