The Hughes Family
for generously purchasing items for our school Dojo Store!
Your generosity and continued support help us recognize and celebrate our students in meaningful ways. We are incredibly grateful to have families who invest in our students and our school community.
Thank you for helping make our school a special place for our kids! 🎉
Message from Our Leadership Team
Each week, a member of our Instructional Leadership Team will share a quick tip or resource to help support your child at home!
Last week, our Behavior Interventionist, Mrs. Martinez, shared a helpful resource with families. This week, our Instructional Coach is talking about the power of reading together and sharing simple ways to help your child better understand what they read.
A few minutes of reading, talking, wondering, and asking questions together can make a BIG difference!
We love partnering with you as we help our students grow, learn, and shine!
Student of the Week
This week, we are excited to recognize Presley B., one of our newest Lincoln students!
Presley has already made an impression on our staff with the enthusiasm and kindness she shows throughout our school. Whether she knows the staff member well or simply passes them in the hallway, Presley is quick to return a friendly greeting, often adding, “I hope YOU have a good day!”
Presley, thank you for showing us how something as simple as a smile and a kind word can brighten someone’s day. We are so glad you’re part of our Lincoln family!

It's that time of year... Peanut Butter & Jelly time!
Montgomery HS and Lake Creek HS will face off in the annual MOTOWN SHOWDOWN on Friday, September 18, and the Student Councils from each high school will continue their tradition of hosting a PB&J drive to benefit the Montgomery County Food Bank.
Bears bring Peanut Butter, Lions bring Jelly!
Drop your donation (plastic containers only, please) at the MISD campus that you are supporting or an elementary school in their feeder pattern between Monday, Sept 14 and Thursday, Sept. 17. The feeder that collects the most WINS and will be announced during MoTown Showdown pre-game on Sept 18.
In Montgomery ISD, we go together like Peanut Butter & Jelly!

September Grade Level Newsletters
As part of our efforts to increase parent partnership, each month, every grade level will have a newsletter to share what our students are learning in class and how you can help at home. You should receive a paper copy in your child's Tuesday folders the first Tuesday each month, a digital copy via Class Dojo, and find it in the campus newsletter at the beginning of each month.
