EL Update - Section 41 Report

If your LEA accepted Section 41 funds last year (25/26) -

• final report is now available in NexSys
• report is due by Oct. 15th, 2026 at 5pm

If you have carryover that you would like to spend differently than what was budgeted -

• attach a spreadsheet to the report
• amendments are not likely
• all carryover funds must be spent by Sept 30th

Section 41 funds and carryover must be spent using the 25/26 guidance, not the new 22b guidance.
