Dear Onahan Community,
The students looked FABULOUS and adorable all dressed up for Picture Day! Pictures should be ready for parent viewing/ordering within two weeks. Parents will receive an email when they are ready. Retakes are scheduled for October 29th. Questions? See information below:
Visual Image Photography, Inc.
Corporate Headquartershttp://vipis.com | T: 262.375.4457We were fortunate to have sunny and warm weather for our Ribbon Cutting for the field last week! If you are tired of the rain, it is nourishing the sod. Hopefully we will get a little more use out of it before the weather really changes.
Inevitably, we are going to have some indoor recess time this year due to rain, ice, snow, wind, etc. If you would like to help replenish recess games and activities, here is a wish list for those days: https://a.co/07UAxCOr. If you have questions, please call our clerk, Kathy McNamara at (773) 534-1180.
OCTOBER IS THE MONTH TO PRACTICE BELONGING
Belonging is a theme that will be discussed at all grade levels. Here is a family calendar for you to use at home.

AROUND THE SCHOOL
IT WAS JUST LAST WEEK, BUT SEEMS SO LONG AGO. WE TOOK AN ALL SCHOOL PHOTO, ATE POPSICLES FROM CHIQUITA SCOOPS, AND HAD A RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR OUR NEW SOD FIELD. IT WAS A PERFECT DAY!
Mr. Miller took our all school picture. LIsten to the students cheering. This exemplifies our October theme of "Belonging". Our students, Pre-K through 8th grade, love Onahan.
