Are you Eligible for Transportation?
First, use InfoFinder to find your zoned campus and check if your student is eligible for transportation.
Need Transportation?
If you did not register for bus service during the New or Returning Student Registration process and it is after the July 11, 2025, deadline, you may use the Transportation Change Request Form link or log into your Skyward Family Access account to access the form under District Links.
*Special Needs Students: This information is provided to you at your student's ARD meeting. Please contact your campus diagnostician for further assistance to update or change your students' transportation information. Your school will provide the documentation that the Transportation Department will need to ensure safe transportation services.
If your student is eligible for transport, and you registered after the deadline, transportation will not be provided until the week of August 18. During that week, you may check your Skyward Family Access Account for your student's bus stop information.
Please note: Your student can only be routed to the address indicated in Skyward. Please ensure that information is kept current. Please submit only 1 request per student.
Important Transportation Reminders for the First Two Weeks
Be sure to continue checking Skyward through the first 2 weeks of school for any updates or changes.
Please be patient for the first 2 weeks of school as traffic and buses may be running late due to Parent Traffic. If you are experiencing constant delays after the first 2 weeks of school, please email PISDBUS@prosper-isd.net.
StopFinder App
Prosper ISD is using the StopFinder mobile app to allow parents, guardians, and caregivers to view information about their child’s bus schedule and where their child’s bus is. Download the StopFinder APP today. Email PISDbus@prosper-isd.net to get your activation link.
