Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Sunshine Dues:

Please pay your Sunshine Dues by Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Sunshine dues help to provide the following to include but not limited to snacks, births, deaths, hospitalization, weddings.

Mask Update:

As a reminder, students in PreK - 1st grade DO NOT have to wear masks inside the class. It is optional and we can't enforce, we CAN encourage.

Masks are mandatory in grades 2- 5. You can enforce wearing a mask in the classroom.

**All students must wear masks whenever they leave their classroom. Common Areas, Restroom, RTI, Resource, EAGLE, etc.

Cafeteria Update:

Families are NOT allowed to bring outside food into the building. If they put the outside food in a child's lunchbox, per Dr. Little, that's fine. You DO NOT need to contact admin if you notice a child who may have Chick-fil-A in their lunch box. To clarify, schools are not allowed to have parents bring food in for lunch, birthday celebrations, etc.

Seesaw K-2 NOW INTEGRATED!

SeeSaw is now fully integrated! Students in grades K-2 will unlock their iPad by clicking the home button. Select ClassLink. Use the QuickCard or username and password provided with your device to log into ClassLink.

To use the QuickCard, select the button below the username and password blank that looks like a barcode. Hold the QuickCard up to the iPad camera to log into ClassLink.

In Classlink, click on SeeSaw and the native SeeSaw iPad App will automatically open.

Teachers may access Seesaw through ClassLink as well on their district MacBook. After signing into Classlink, click the Seesaw Icon.

Childcare Update: Fridays ONLY

1. All schools will have universal hours on Fridays which will be 7:30-3:00.

2. Shuttles will run AM and PM for in-zone students. Ex. If I teach at RBH, then a shuttle will be provided to take my child to MGE. If I teach at RBH and my child attends RCE, then a shuttle will not be provided.

3. If an employee has a situation in which the above scenarios do not remedy, then the employee can take the child to the school in which he/she is employed to participate in the employee childcare program at that school (not take them to his/her classroom). The child must be of the same age to attend the care. Elementary students cannot attend the care in middle schools and vice versa. Employee childcare will not be provided in high schools, so children of high school employees must attend the care at their home school.
