YFS’ Kids Fair event is a two-day, fun-filled, family-friendly, community event for kids of all ages that features hands-on activities, exciting entertainment, inflatable attractions, educational opportunities, and so much more! Last year, 8,264 individuals enjoyed all that Kids Fair had to offer. It will be held at The Monument in Rapid City from April 11-12, 2026. Please note that volunteers must be 13 years of age or older. Volunteers are needed during the following times:
Saturday, April 11: 8:15 am – 12:15 pm and 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Safety
Absolutely no medication on your person, over the counter or otherwise. All medication must be given through the nurse's office.
Backpacks are to be left in your lockers. Our classrooms are very small and backpacks clutter the aisle. It is a safety thing. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
