⏰ Grade-Level Photo Schedule:
- 12th Grade: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

📋 What to Expect:
Students will enter the main gym through the southeast side door (signs will be posted).
Students will then proceed directly to a photographer.
If you are a freshman or new to Thompson School District, after getting your picture taken you will stop at the ITS table to collect your Chromebook. (Please see additional important Chromebook distribution details below.)
Once students have taken their photo and collected their Chromebook, if needed, they will exit through the west gym doors.
🔒 Additional Notes:
No entry will be permitted into other areas of the building during this event.
School tours will not be available at this time.
We look forward to seeing all of our Spartans back in the building soon!
Chromebook Distribution Details:
9th Grade Information:
All 9th graders will receive a new chromebook as they enter BHS this year, which will remain with them through their senior year (students also have the option as seniors to register to retain their devices after graduation).
BHS is distributing these devices during our picture day event on Wednesday, August 12. ALL FRESHMEN WHO ATTENDED A TSD SCHOOL FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL MUST BRING THEIR CURRENTLY HELD DEVICE WITH THEM IN ORDER TO BE ISSUED THEIR NEW DEVICE. Students DO NOT need to bring their charger with them but instead will keep it to use with the new device. If a student has lost/damaged their charger, the school can issue them a new one for a $25 fee, or a family can choose to privately replace the charger via a nearby or online retailer. Chargers should be 65 watt. If your 9th grade student has concerns about a damaged or misplaced device or charger, please contact carin.barrett@tsd.org.
9th graders new to TSD will receive a new device and charger.
New Students Entering 10th-12th Grade Information:
If you are in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and new to Thompson School District, please plan to pick up your school-issued chromebook and charger at our picture day event. Once your photo is taken, stop by the chromebook distribution table before exiting the gym. If you are unable to attend this event, please plan to visit the library during our Back to School Open House on Wednesday, August 19 to be issued one. If you are new to BHS but not TSD and do not have a school issued Chromebook, please contact Ms. Barrett at carin.barrett@tsd.org ASAP.

Building Entry Points

🥪🥛 2026-2027 Meal Application Information 🍏🥗
For the 2026-2027 school year, the Thompson School District will provide access to free meals for all students through the Healthy School Meals for All program. This program ensures enrolled students are provided free breakfast and lunch, regardless of family income.
Although all students will receive access to free meals, it’s still important for households to provide their income information when requested. Gathering this information allows the Thompson School District to receive the state and federal funding we qualify for. These funds go directly to schools to help cover the cost of meals and support after-school activities and other programs for students. Plus, qualifying households may be eligible for Summer EBT benefits, receive discounted or waived school fees, etc. Providing household income information ensures you and your school receive all available financial support. ***All household income information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent.***
The attachments contain more information on the application, and instructions for applying. While the following pages may reference eligibility for free or reduced-price school meals, access to breakfast and lunch will be provided free to all students regardless of household income.
We provide meals that meet or exceed the US Department of Agriculture nutrition standards and Dietary Guidelines for Americans. This year we are also increasing our items from local farmers and producers. You can be confident your children are getting quality meals while saving your family time and money.
Use the link below to apply online, or you may pick up a paper application at any TSD school or the Support Services Center and return or mail it to 2890 North Monroe Avenue Loveland, CO 80538.
