Now when you call for an Early Release Pass ("Blue Pass"), make sure to leave a voicemail on our new Attendance line! If you know ahead of time that your student needs to leave early, please leave a message on the Attendance Line or enter it into ParentConnect. This will help ensure our Front Office staff gets a pass to your student with ample time.

With the ongoing government furlough, many families in our District may be affected.

If your family's income has changed due to the furlough, we encourage you to apply for the Free and Reduced Price Meal Program and report your current income at the time of the application.

Application Reminders:

*Only one application per household is needed

*Include all ASD students living in the household on the same application

*Be sure to list all household members and their income

*Families can apply online at https://www.schoolcafe.com/anchorage

Any adults looking to volunteer at Gruening must go through the Volunteer Application process.
