Boys Lacrosse Parent Meeting
Parents: If your son will be playing or is interested in playing lacrosse this spring this meeting is for you! We will talk about our upcoming season, fundraising, tryout details, and how you can get involved. This meeting is a must for anyone whose son is returning, new, or just interested. Wednesday, Feb 18th, 6 - 7 pm in the high school cafeteria.

Chinese New Year Celebration!
We are delighted to invite all Nebo Community members to join our Nebo 3rd Annual Chinese New Year Celebration on February 25th, 2026! It's the year of the Horse! We will host everyone at the Nebo School District Summit Center (165 S 700 E, Springville) this year, and looking forward to hosting at our new SHS next year. This event offers students and the community a unique opportunity to engage deeply with Chinese culture through various cultural booths, food stands, and performances by our Nebo Chinese students. This complimentary event is meant to offer enriching cultural experiences that foster understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives.

Free Financial Aid Course SUU offers a free financial aid course that anyone can take. It gives you one college credit and covers the basics of how to pay for college. Course starting dates: Feb 23, and June 30. Register through this link: https://apply.suu.edu/register/online_col_fin Keys to Success Scholarships Keys to Success offers SHS students the following scholarships. All scholarship applications are currently open and due by March 15: Bill J Pope: $1,000 scholarship to the school of your choice. You must be a graduating senior at Springville High School to apply and choosing to pursue a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) major. 200-300 word essay. Mountainland Regional Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship to the school of your choice. Open to seniors in the Mountainland Region (includes SHS). 200-300 word essay. Snow College Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship that must be used at Snow College. Open to all seniors in the state of Utah, 10 scholarships will be awarded across the state. 200-300 word essay. The application will require a short essay and will not save your progress. Hannah Warburton Resilience Award The Hannah Warburton Resilience Award is a $500 cash award for Utah high school seniors who have shown true strength while facing very difficult life challenges. This cash award can be used for anything that helps you move forward, including: College or trade school tuition Books or supplies Transportation costs Or even a well-earned summer break after everything you have been through Application open now.
