Timber Talks

As we wrap up this incredible school year, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our River Mill families for your support, partnership, and care throughout the year. It has been a joy watching your children learn, grow, and thrive, and we are so grateful for the strong school community we have built together.

A big thank you to the many families who volunteered their time to help make Field Day such a fun and memorable event. Your enthusiasm and support helped create a wonderful day of celebration for our students.

To our 5th-grade families, thank you for helping us honor our students during Promotion. It was a special evening celebrating their accomplishments and the exciting journey ahead. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to our incredible PTO for the time, creativity, and energy they poured into making the event so beautiful and meaningful.

This year also marks the end of an important chapter in our school's history—the final year of River Mill Elementary as a K-5 school and the last year of the River Mill Timbers. While we will certainly miss the students moving on to Clackamas River Elementary and Estacada Middle School, we are excited for all that lies ahead. Next year, River Mill will become the home of our youngest learners as the River Mill Rangers, serving students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. We look forward to welcoming new families and continuing to build a strong foundation for student success.

Thank you for being part of such a special year. We are proud of all our students have accomplished and excited for what the future holds!

Wishing you and your family a fun, restful, and safe summer!
