Preschool Parents - ASQ
Starting October 13th (2 weeks before conferences), all preschool parents will complete the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) for your child. This is a survey that takes only 5 min or less, but allows us to support your child on their developmental path. Teachers will use this information to plan your conference and their instruction for your child so that we will see the most growth. This is also an excellent tool for us to see if your child might have any delayed areas that we can offer support.
You will receive a notice on Learning Genie with a link to complete the form digitally. We will also post a QR code at your child's preschool for you to scan and complete, if that is easier for you.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
After you complete the survey, you will receive a report that your teacher can review with you at conferences.
