Parent Teacher Conferences
We are so excited to welcome you for Parent Teacher conferences on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 7:45 PM. As we have communicated in our weekly Newsletter, Monday’s conferences will be drop-in, no appointment necessary, with all teachers located in the gymnasium building. All teachers have emailed their families with links to sign up for Tuesday’s appointment only conferences. Tuesday’s conferences can be in-person, virtual, or by phone to accommodate family needs. Families are able to sign up until Monday. For families concerned about ICE, we welcome you to park in our East parking lot and call Principal Naegele [971-235-0516] for an escort into the building. We will have campus security on site, monitoring the perimeter, and all administrators will be available to support families. Teachers have a scheduled lunch break from 12 to 1 PM and a scheduled dinner break from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. Families who arrive during those times will be asked to come back. Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Russian interpreters will be available from 1 PM to 7:45 PM in-person on Monday. Translation services will be available by phone for Tuesday. During conferences we will be collecting food donations for our Franklin Food Pantry. Families can contribute by donating foods from our list of commonly needed items, donate money through Schoolpay, or sign up to volunteer. Families in need of support may complete this confidential Request for Assistance form. We look forward to partnering with you in the success of your Franklin Student! FHS Admin Team
