A Note from Ms. Roetheli

We are rocking and rolling in the library! Over the next week kindergarten and first grade will complete their orientation days which means EVERY student at Caldwell Elementary will have come to the library. In September, it is my goal to get all 1st through 5th graders logging their reading on Beanstack.

Beanstack is an online reading log that allows your student to complete challenges and be rewarded for their reading.

To access Beanstack:

  • Have your student log into Classlink.
    • 1st and 2nd graders should have a Quick card to log in (ask your child's teacher if you have not received one)
    • 3rd-5th graders log in using their S# and password
  • Beanstack can be located in the "Campus Library" folder.
  • Click "Log Reading and Activities" in the top left.
  • Choose an activity to complete or log your minutes read.
  • Keep reading and logging to earn prizes!

Treatment Agreements

Each class created a treatment agreement during their first visit to the library. Students started by brainstorming ideas with partners using Stand Up-Hand Up-Pair Up and then discussed it as a class.
