Technolgy updates September 9, 2024
Dear Parents,
Good evening! I hope you have enjoyed a wonderful weekend with your loved ones. I am excited to share that we have completed the first two days of school, and our 6th grade Tigers are navigating their transitions beautifully.
During these initial days, our students have engaged in a variety of transition activities designed to help them acclimate to their new environment and build connections with their peers. These activities have included team-building exercises, orientation sessions, and interactive workshops that encourage collaboration and communication.
As we look ahead, we kindly ask that all students bring their iPads to school tomorrow, Monday, September 9, 2024. Over the next two days, we will focus on teaching our students how to effectively use the many platforms available for their learning. While access to technology supports student engagement, it is important to remember that it only serves as a supplement to the overall student learning process.
We are committed to ensuring that each student feels supported and confident as they take the next step in their learning journey. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to make this school year a positive and enriching experience for all our tigers.
