Eagle Safety Reminder: Crosswalk & Driver Awareness
Let’s keep our Allen Eagles safe!
As students travel between classes and move around campus, we all play a role in keeping our school community safe.
Pedestrian Crosswalk Safety
Students should always use designated crosswalks when crossing the street. Because our crosswalks do not have traffic signals, it is important to stop, look both ways, and make sure traffic has stopped or safely passed before stepping into the street. Never assume a driver sees you!
Student Driver Awareness
Student drivers, please stay alert, watch for pedestrians, and drive cautiously—especially during passing periods when foot traffic is heavier. Slow down, stay focused, and be prepared to stop for students crossing the street.
A few extra seconds can make all the difference. Let’s look out for one another and make safety a priority every day!
Picture Retakes
Picture retakes will take place on November 17–18 for students who missed picture day or would like to have their photos retaken. Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to update your school picture!
